1. Fill and sand, like wood, using a filler that will adhere to an oil based man-made product.

2. If using water based Latex paint, proceed as you would with any paintable product. If you are using an oil based paint, apply 2 base coats of Latex Enamel (water based) paint as an underbody. Do not use primer as an underbody when using oil based paint. Use a water born enamel paint as a primer. This will ensure proper drying of the oil based paint by providing a seal between the urethane and the oil based paint.

3. Apply Latex Enamel or Oil Based Enamel, like the straight mouldings, and finish the same.
